Shipments inside the United States and Canada:

Most items are shipped by Federal Express Priority Overnight or 2-Day Delivery. We can ship FedEx Priority Overnight for Saturday delivery for a small additional cost. We will ship by USPS Registered Mail to PO Boxes only. All shipments are fully insured from our door to yours.

For added security, it is our policy that a signature is required for all shipments. All orders will be shipped promptly when payment has been verified.

We encourage international sales and provide a wide range of services to expedite international transactions. Most international purchases are shipped by Federal Express. Normal delivery is within 3-5 days.

Shipments incoming to ZS Enterprise for trade, sale, repair or return should include your name, address, phone or email address and a brief description of the transaction or repair.

If you are making a return to us for an exchange or refund, please enclose a copy of your original invoice.

If you have any questions pertaining to the proper packaging or shipping of your Item, please do not hesitate to call.

We recommend that you ship your watches to us either by Federal Express Priority Overnight or 2Day Delivery, United Parcel Service (UPS) Next Day or 2nd Day Air or by United States Postal Service Registered Mail.

Returns

Previously-Owned Watches

For your satisfaction, we offer a Three-Day Inspection/Return Privilege on all of our 'Previously-Owned' watches. 100% satisfaction is our guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will refund your payment (less shipping charges) upon receipt of the watch in our office. The watch must be in the same condition it was received. Please Contact Us by the third business day after you receive the watch if for some reason you decide to return it.

Never Worn/New Watches

A watch can only be sold as 'Never Worn/New' one time! When our customers order a 'Never Worn/New' watch they expect exactly that, a watch that has not been previously worn or used by someone else. Many retailers and online stores have very liberal return policies on 'Never Worn/New' watches. Chances are if you order a luxury watch from one of these stores you may receive a watch that you thought was 'Never Worn/New' but may have been worn by someone else and then returned -- perhaps even dropped or damaged.

To ensure that our customers receive a true 'Never Worn/New' watch, we do not accept returns on 'Never Worn/New' watches.

Should a dispute arise between the Parties which cannot be resolved by the Parties in good faith negotiations, both Parties agree to submit such dispute to arbitration in Houston, Texas, before a single arbitrator familiar with the Uniform Commercial Code using the Commercial Rules of the American Arbitration Association, with the following modifications to be enforced by the arbitrator consistent with Texas law: (a) any such arbitration proceeding shall be confidential as to the existence, content, and results of the arbitration; (b) depositions shall not exceed two (2) per party and all must be completed within a single day; (c) document requests are limited to no more than ten (10) clearly identified categories of documents which must be provided to the requesting party within five (5) business days of the request; (d) each party shall have no more than eight (8) hours to present its position; and (e) the entire hearing shall last no longer than three (3) business days. The award, if any, shall be rendered no more than thirty (30) days following the end of the proceeding. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered by any court having jurisdiction. Both Parties expressly agree that any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. Each party shall bear its own attorneys' fees and costs in connection with the proceedings and shall share equally the fees and expenses of the arbitrator.

Shipping

The term "shipping" or "ship" includes the commencement of shipping items in an order for multiple purchases or where the item purchased consists of components that must be shipped separately. For example, your order may consist of (1) several different items, (2) a quantity of the same item, or, (3) a single item with several component parts the size of which might require them to be shipped in separate packages. In all such orders, we endeavor to ship out individual packages together so that they arrive at the same time; however, when that is not possible, we commence shipping by shipping individual packages in the order the soonest they are available and conditions permit. In these instances, our notification to you that your order has "shipped", marks the time when shipping has commenced; it does not mean that all items in the order have shipped at that time. You agree that Credit cards and Pay Pal Accounts are to be charged on the date of inventory reservation for the order, not the date of shipping.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from ZS Enterprise are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon tender of the item to the carrier.
